Exterior Lights Controls

Exterior Lights Controls

The exterior vehicle lights are controlled using the switch panel to the left of the steering wheel.

Press to cycle between four exterior lighting states. The indicator next to the switch illuminates according to the selected state:

  • AUTO lights

  • Low beams

  • Position lights

  • Off (indicator extinguishes)

Note: The exterior lights cannot be left On after the vehicle powers Off.

AUTO lights

The low beam headlights, tail lights and license plate lights automatically switch On when the ambient light falls below a pre-defined level.

The lights switch Off when the ambient light rises above that level.

Position lights

The position (side marker) lights indicator (telltale) is displayed on the Driver Display whenever the position lights are On.

Low beams

The low beam indicator (telltale) is displayed on the Driver Display whenever the low beams are On.

Light failure

If the vehicle detects that an exterior light is not working, a notification displays on the Driver Display.
