WARNING: Do not rely upon the Driver Monitoring System to warn you when you are not focusing upon the road or driving erratically. Drive cautiously to a safe area and park when you feel unable to focus on driving.
The Driver Monitoring System evaluates the driver’s state of alertness using the interior camera, and alerts you audibly and/or visually on the Driver Display when fatigue or distraction is detected.
While this feature is always active, alerts can be disabled via the Central Touchscreen.
Select > Safety > Driver Attention Monitoring Alerts on the Central Touchscreen, then press to turn alerts On or Off.
