Your Fisker Ocean is an advanced connected vehicle with features designed to get the most out of the Fisker Ocean User Experience. Your Fisker Ocean collects data related to vehicle features, trouble codes, charging events, VIN, acceleration, braking, direction, location, and other related information about your Vehicle. Vehicle and personal data are collected, stored, analyzed, and may be shared with third parties to provide Fisker Connected Car services. This data may also be subject to your agreement with the third parties providing these services. Fisker may also utilize and share data collected from your vehicle and your personal data to analyze vehicle condition and use in the event of a non-trivial accident. Vehicle data may be transferred to Fisker and its service partners for the purpose of improving, diagnosing, and servicing Fisker vehicles, including providing information for preventive maintenance and OTA updates that may improve the functionality of Fisker vehicles or prevent issues before they occur.
